Elena Mes Ltd. owns a meat-producing and meat-processing enterprise, which is located in the mountain town – Elena at the foot of Chumerna Peak in Stara Planina. In our modern enterprise we produce a wide range of raw-dried sausages and non-shredded meat delicacies, as well as minced meats, semi-finished products and cuts. We prepare everything according to traditional and region-specific recipes. Our mission is to produce high quality product with unique taste.
